SevenMatic operates on a subscription model. By subscribing, you authorize recurring payments through our payment provider, Stripe.

Free Trial

Your subscription will automatically transition to a paid plan unless canceled before the trial ends.

Refund Policy

Subscription fees are non-refundable, except where required by law or explicitly stated in these terms.

Pricing Changes

SevenMatic reserves the right to update subscription fees, with prior notice provided to active subscribers.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content generated through SevenMatic is owned by the user who created it.
  • The underlying technology, algorithms, and templates used to generate content remain the intellectual property of SevenMatic.
  • Unauthorized copying, modification, or distribution of our platform, services, or software is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • SevenMatic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.
  • We make no guarantees regarding specific SEO performance outcomes.
  • Users assume full responsibility for the use and publication of generated content.

8. Termination of Service

SevenMatic reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • Breach these Terms of Service.

11. Refund Policy for Measurable Results

At SevenMatic, we are committed to delivering measurable improvements in your website's organic traffic. If no significant progress is observed within the first three (3) months of using our services, you may request a full refund, subject to the following conditions:

Eligibility for Refund

To qualify for a refund, you must have:

  • Used SevenMatic's services consistently as per the setup instructions provided.
  • Generated content regularly and published it according to the recommendations made by the platform.

Assessment Criteria

  • Improvement in organic traffic will be evaluated using industry-standard tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, or equivalent platforms.
  • Metrics analyzed include, but are not limited to: total organic traffic, keyword rankings, and overall SEO visibility.
  • The baseline for comparison will be established based on data collected at the start of your subscription.

Request Process

  • Submit your refund request in writing to Luca@sevenmatic.com within fourteen (14) days following the end of the 3-month period.
  • Include relevant details about your account and a description of your usage of the platform.

Review Timeline

SevenMatic will review your refund request within twenty-one (21) business days and determine eligibility based on the data and evidence provided.

Exclusions

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The user fails to implement the generated content consistently.
  • Traffic loss is attributable to external factors, such as algorithm updates, penalties, or technical issues unrelated to SevenMatic.

This policy reflects our commitment to your success while ensuring fair and transparent evaluation processes.
