How Does SevenMatic Work?

1. Register and Login to Your SevenMatic Account

To get started, visit the SevenMatic registration page. Fill in your details and create an account. Once registered, log in using your credentials.

Note: Remember to verify your email before proceeding.

2. Navigate Through the Dashboard

  • Dashboard: Manage your automations.
  • Billing: View and manage your subscription plan.
  • Settings: Adjust your account preferences.

3. Start with a 3-Day Free Trial

Once logged in, go to the Billing section to choose the most suitable plan for your needs:

  • Basic Plan (€129/month): Perfect for single-site owners. We create content following your keyword guidelines and publish it directly or deliver it to you for review.
  • Pro Plan (€249/month): Tailored for serious SEO growth. Think of it as having a high-end SEO agency working for you, but at 10x less the cost. This includes custom keyword research strategies, monthly SEO reports, and priority support.
  • Enterprise Plan (Custom): Ideal for agencies managing multiple clients. Includes advanced features, access for up to 5 users/sites, and quarterly SEO workshops.

Note: To activate your trial, you must choose a subscription plan. Once selected, your 3-day free trial will begin, giving you access to 3 SEO-optimized blog posts.

4. Create Your First Automation

After selecting your subscription plan, you can now create your first automation. Click + New Automation from the Dashboard to start.

Fill in the required fields like Automation Name, Language, Articles Per Week, Automation Period and Link to Website.

Publishing Platform

In the Publishing Platform section, select where you want the content to be published:

  • Email: Receive drafts via email.
  • WordPress: For direct publishing. You’ll need:
    • Your WordPress URL
    • Admin Username or API Username
    • Application Password (you can generate it in your WordPress dashboard under “Users > Profile > Application Passwords”).

Click Save to finalize your automation.

5. Manage Automations

When you create an automation, it starts in Draft mode, which typically lasts for one day. During this period, we work on refining the best content strategy tailored to your needs. If you need to make any changes or adjustments during this time, don’t worry—simply click on the newly created automation, and you’ll be able to modify or cancel it directly from the dashboard.

Once the automation moves to Active status, the publishing process begins, and further modifications won’t be possible. If you require changes after the automation becomes active, you’ll need to contact us at Luca@sevenmatic.com, and we’ll assist you promptly.

6. Get Started
